This was confirmed by the dealership when I took it in to get checked, since I couldn’t wait on Valvoline to get back to me. Car instantly started shaking as I was driving away from valvoline. They did nothing to help. Reported a claim the following morning after the oil change. Manager called over a week later, was told they would watch the footage and get back to me. Been over 3 months and still no follow up. Out over $450 for the replacement because of this place. I do not recommend going here unless you want to run the risk of damage to your car.

I arrived at around 6:40 PM, ready for an oil change, and was informed that while they had my oil, they couldn't proceed without an oil filter. The associate told me that I would need to go to the location off Hwy K or Mexico Road to get the service I needed. I believe it's important to update your business hours if you're unable to fully assist customers during those times. Additionally, I noticed that five employees were present but seemed to be doing nothing to help resolve the situation. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the service and will never go back to this location that pays employees to not works
