- BSbella schlegl1 day ago1.0Lied to me about filling my tires. They told me they did it but they didn’t. I had to come back today - I day later- and The manager with the ponytail is disrespectful and had me move out of my spot in line for a scary customer that got out of his car and was yelling at me for pulling into line before him.i was being “attacked” by 2 old grumpy mean men! Ridiculous when there are 2 lines and I was a customer in one. My treatment today was unacceptable and this is not the valvoline service I’m used to. The manager said he would not service me if I didn’t pull onto the busy street and move my car. I never said one cuss word or anything either. Just wow

I will definitely be coming back to this Valvoline location in the future.
