  Excellent customer service, wait time is painless because they offer beverages, snack and television viewing. The chairs are comfortable and the restrooms are clean and sanitized. Personnel are professional.

  Although this replaced item was missed when I spent thousands of dollars to have a radiator replaced. They obviously didn’t test everything or check everything in their inspection or they would’ve found that the thermostat was not working.I thought they should’ve compensated a little bit. They should’ve seen it, found it they’re in their multi point inspection that they do. It was workin when I took it in for the repairs. Either way they do great work, very professional and prompt.

  Dustin was big help when breaking down and explaining going on during inspection and making everything very clear on what needed to be done and also prepare me for what will need to be done next. Also Sean M was very helpful and transparent on how things work on my car and what to expect. Both were overall super helpful and took very good care of my Range Rover.
