We recently was involved in a bad car accident and Weber Collision Center helped me to navigate the insurance claim aspect. It turned out that my car totaled but the staff really helped me through the process and made it super easy. Would recommend to anyone that needs their car repaired.

Tried to give this body shop a chance at repairing my truck that had less than 7k miles on it from hail damage on the roof and hood. I was told taking it here would restore the truck to like it would if it was sitting in a showroom floor. Took three times before I finally accepted it at my wits end just wanting my truck back after having the process run it's course for about a month with everything said and done. Near the front of the door the mentioned something about "wanting your business" but don't bother to really take their time to ensure your vehicle is repaired or taken care of nicely. My insurance paid these folks out pretty good for the work they did and pocketed the rest.
When I came to pick the truck up the first time, I was sent to cashiers office at the service center to which Chris/Kris, the cashier, demanded payment right away without even letting me look at the trucks body work that was done. I demanded I see the truck first. Truck was covered in pollen and I requested it to washed. After a wash and wipe down, I pointed out to Angela my scratched window tint, PDR spots that were not removed, as well as scratches on the roof, rubber pieces that weren't glued back down. I could live with the door pillar scratches. She told me to leave the truck there and it will get taken care of. I had my window re-tinted and I was reimbursed without having to fight about it.
Second time around I go to pick the truck up I notice the interior reeks of Polyurethane or some other kind of chemical as well as body shop dust (is what I assume it was) all over the seats. The truck no longer smelled brand new at this point. I requested a professional detail. I also noticed what I was told to be polyurethane spot as well as some hardened piece in the middle of the top of the roof that I wanted addressed before I accepted the truck. I was told to come back about two weeks later to drop of the truck to fix the polyurethane spot on the roof as well have the interior "professionally detailed."
Before I went to drop the truck off the third time, I took the time to purposely mark a few white marks with chalk on the interior to test the work of "Mobile Auto Pros" which is who they have cars detailed through for cases like mine. Of the 7 marks I made, 3 were still there upon arrival, and the top of the windshield mirror was still filthy from when the glass company took it out and placed it back in. Looks like all that was done was an attempt at either vacuuming or extracting the caked cloth seats which turned out a little better but not up to the quality or service I'd expect from a shop that's been in business over 20 years. To get rid of the Polyurethane/chemical smell, the bare minimum was done to get rid of the smell and within picking up the truck, the smell return after 30 minutes of driving the truck upon picking it up. My passenger seat had a huge circle of liquid that I would assume someone tilted a bottle and APC (All purpose cleaner) was spilled and saturated the seat. My infotainment screen and plastics must have been wiped with a Microfiber that had rocks embedded into it as it left scratches around the infotainment screen area. I could no longer drive my toddler in this truck of mine.
Rather than go back inside while I was soaking in the rain, I just left and went about my day. I was furious that this once brand new truck with less than 7k miles, was now trashed by a chemical smell and a caked interior. I'm also missing my tow hitch that I assume Mobile Auto Pro's took out and never put back in the truck.
You are better off going elsewhere for any body shop work. Plenty of other body shops out there such as Schaefer Autobody Centers or CARSTAR Arnold that I really wish I would have went to before ever considering giving the Weber a 2nd chance at redemption.
They left a door card in the truck as a "report card." It mentions "If you are not "Completely Satisfied" please let me know immediately." Well I did and I never received a response from May 9th so I'll let this review speak volumes.
