I had significant hesitancy because of my own lack of knowledge of car mechanics, but I had done my research and knew that the Buick Encore GX was a likely candidate for my next purchase. My daughter gave me a nudge, and Rick professionally escorted us through the entire process. There were a few snags on my end; Rick showed me how to navigate each one with knowledge and supplied an answer for each question. I was astonished to be able to drive the car home that same day. During the test drive, Rick was patient and confident while informing me of the various components in the interior. I was impressed at how beautifully detailed the pre-owned vehicle was. Rick shared with us that he has a military background and is also a mechanic himself. These two details gave me a sense that he has a broad depth of experience in the automotive field. He communicated sincerely and directly--no unwanted pressure tactics. Only wish I has several referrals to send to Rick today. Can recommend Rick for anyone seeking to purchase a car or just to browse and to ask questions.
