- MSM StuJan 13, 20262.0Holiday travel left us with bugs on the car and much needed wash. I paid $45 for a car wash that included washing the weather tech floor mats. When you wash floor mats you don’t put them back in car wet as it get the carpet wet as well. I I hadn’t looked at the inside of the car prior to leaving I would t have realized it along with all of the bugs still in the car and side windows. The young men and women are very quick to help however clearly not trained well. Managers need to do a much better job at training them. One manager came over I and explained the problem and his answer was oh sorry…. I had to explain how I wanted the problem fixed. He didn’t offer a solution. I went here months ago and thought the same thing no training and I was not thrilled with the service but hoped it had improved. Won’t go back.

I purchased a Whole thing and returned 4 days later for the 5 day guarantee. $45 is high, but getting 2 washes seemed reasonable. I returned for the 2nd wash and a barcode hadn't printed on my original receipt from their machine, so they wouldn't do it, and instead said I could drive through for an exterior wash only but not a Whole Thing. Its a shame to drive away consistent customers over a machine error.
