I purchased a Whole thing and returned 4 days later for the 5 day guarantee. $45 is high, but getting 2 washes seemed reasonable. I returned for the 2nd wash and a barcode hadn't printed on my original receipt from their machine, so they wouldn't do it, and instead said I could drive through for an exterior wash only but not a Whole Thing. Its a shame to drive away consistent customers over a machine error.
