I was inside the car during the oil change and clearly heard something hit hard on the upper engine area. The staff pretended nothing happened and never informed me. Within 10 minutes of leaving, new problems started, and now my car is leaking, which never happened before. Their carelessness directly caused damage to my vehicle. When I returned for help, instead of taking responsibility, the employees argued, scolded me, and blamed me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Because of this place, I lost my time, wasted my money, and now I’m stuck with a new problem that I did not have before. A simple oil change turned into stress, frustration, and trauma. 🚫 Do NOT go to this Valvoline. They damage cars, hide mistakes, and don’t care about customers. I deeply regret coming here.

- GYGreg YoungDec 11, 20251.0Dealt with many different employees during this team process for an oil change. Part of the process is inflating tires which I had done the day before myself. The employee established the needed psi which was meant to be at 35. I then watched a different employee let them down to 32 and then he realized his error and I watched him just put the machine to 35 but not inflate them. I asked the supervisor to check they were at the correct psi. After asking the person who “inflated” them, the original person reinflated them all to 35 after saying they were already there. They were not. The car next to me had a tyre rotation. I watched one technician take off the tires and flip them so she could put them on the opposite end (front to back) then head to the other side of the car to remove those. Before she came back around another technician flipped them back and put them back on. Didn’t even ask her what the process was. So they didn’t actually rotate them. It appears details are not really a priority.
