  The folks at Plaza Infiniti always take great care of me and my car. I never feel pressured into getting services I don't need, they circulate coupons pretty frequently and everyone there is very polite and courteous.

  Very disappointed in the service here. I had my 2010 Infiniti G37 here and the service department failed to find the fault. I hauled it back home (100 miles) and fixed it myself. The next time I needed it worked on, I had reservations, but decided to give them another try. Definitely a MISTAKE. Over 4 months later and $4,000 + later I had to haul my car home AGAIN (100 miles)! Once more unfixed, but this time with more problems than when it left: including a broken windshield, faulty brakes due to vacuum, and loose and torn wires. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Needless to say, I will never return to this "dealer?". Carl
