  Life is full of problems that is a fact. Its not the problems one faces, it is how one handles the problems that is import. Plaza BMW knows how to handle a problem!! I had some initial problems with the car I bought and the people at Plaza BMW stepped up and took care of them in the best possible way. Thank you Plaza BMW!

  it was good, for the most part, but they usually wash and vacuum the car, and that wasn't done this time

  They screwed up my tile and license registration. I paid the sale tax and TL fee though them at the time bought the new car. They told me that the license plate will be mailed to them and they would "love" to put it on for me. Never happened. Called them several times and left numerous voice messages. No response. Finally this Thursday, I got the hold of their document lady. She told me that the financial guy screwed it up and they mailed me the document without the proof of the tax payment. Promised to overnight it to me. Again, no such mail showed up today. Now the temp license will expire in two days and I can't even get my car registered tomorrow at DMV in person. What a mess!

  I have purchased/leased several BMW's over the last few years and will only go to Plaza Motors for my new car. From the General Manager to the sales group, I received the very best treatment and deal. I never felt pushed to buy a car and appreciated their honesty. Plaza Motors has been committed to me as a Customer and I will be committed to them for my new cars in the future. I absolutely love my new BMW 650xi Gran Coupe! Nothing drives like a Bimmer.
