In the 7 years of owning my car, I have had nothing but issues with the service here. The last was for an appointment I had scheduled for today. I made an appointment for brake replacement and told them that I would be waiting at the dealership (I live 45 minutes away). He stated to make the appointment early to make sure it was no problem. I get the email reminder and it states that I would be dropping the vehicle off. I called and had to leave a message. 3 hours later no return call. I called back to make sure that I would be waiting and was told that I could not change it. However, they had no problem emailing me and texting me offering to do a no obligation trade in value for my car. I will be trading it in but not here and definitely not for a BMW.

I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie Gessner. I followed her from Porsche to Plaza BMW and that alone should say a lot about the level of service she provides.
