  I took my vehicle to have the transmission fluid changed and refilled. I’ve never had a vehicle serviced there before. I have several family members that have. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, the man that answered the phone was not very nice. I was told they were busy and I would have to call back. I called back that afternoon. I think I got the same man they answered the first time. He transferred my call. I spoke with Tina and made a service appointment. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before so I bc wouldn’t have to do it that morning. My service time was to be at 1pm. I hadn’t heard anything from anyone by 3pm so I called them. I was told it would be done by 3:30pm. I got a call about 20 minutes later saying my vehicle was done. I get there to pick it up and I go to get in it and tge driver’s side floor was covered in red mud. The carpet, the mat, it was on the side of door panel and a few other places. I can assure you it was NOT dropped off that way!! I do not like a dirty vehicle. You would have thought they would have put down paper mats to prevent that but not so. I was a little upset and didn’t say anything before I left but should have. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional.

  Corbin and Eric were fun to work with!! The process was relatively easy, like any vehicle purchase it takes time. Definitely will use them again in the future.
