  I needed some bodywork after a neighbor kid hit a patch of ice and slid into my parked car. Gerber was able to get me in quickly for an estimation. While I had to wait a little bit for my actual repair appointment, Gerber used that time to order the parts needed to fix my car. Once I dropped my car off, they helped me coordinate a pick up with the rental car company. I had my repaired car back within days. I actually think it came back to me better than before it was damaged! They washed my car and even did a small detailing inside. While my car was being worked on, I received regular updates on its progress over text. I would not hesitate to recommend my closest friends and family to Gerber!

  Gerber did such a good job ensuring I was taken care of. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of my collision repair, worked with my insurance, the entire process was very hands off for me which took a lot of stress off of my plate. They even got my car back to me a week early than I was quoted. Overall they are extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Gerber in Columbia for any vehicle damage and collision repairs!
