  Houston is a one-man show, but did an exceptional job of getting me picked up and dropped off when I needed. He was very easy and pleasant to deal with.

  I unfortunately slid off the road and totalled my vehicle just passed here on 70west. I'm so grateful to have called this location and speak with Houston! He helped me out with suggestions on what my options were since I was stranded in boonville for 2 nights. Houston went absolutley above and beyond to help us out and showed the best customer service Ive had in over 16yrs of being in the states! Huge thanks to Houston and the team in Columbus!
