Little did I know the windshield was improperly installed and it was leaking and causing trouble (like my vehicle dying while I was driving). After 3 different mechanics, the problem was discovered. I went back for warranty work. The manager Kerry Nichols, had his technician confirm the leak and then replace the windshield. I asked him if there was anything he could do for my troubles (6months of my vehicle dying and around $1200 in repairs/ diagnosis). He told me that they would repay me for my troubles, but then spent the next 3 months giving me the run around. Long unanswered email chains, multiple trips for the store all for him to say he was working on the issue. If he would have told me that there was nothing he could do then fine, but to further waste my time really annoyed me. Thanks for a horribly corporate experience. Also the 1-800 help line is a dead end loop. This company simply doesn't care.
