    Safelite delivered! They were super easy to schedule for a windshield repair and came to my home for repairs so that I didn't need to leave my job. Communication was consistent and proactive and repair was fully covered by insurance. Won't go anywhere else!

    No call no show for original appointment. I call and get chatbot to "escalate" my situation. Get a text next day saying I have a new appointment even thought I wasn't consulted, just so happened to work for me. Next day appointment comes around tech says he's here, he is not. Give him proper address and work technician did was fine but he didn't even tell me he was done he just left so my garage was sitting open and I didn't know he was done.

    Had to schedule the repair work twice. The first appt the technician was a no show during the 5 hour window. No contact was made to inform me of this. Had to reschedule the next day. That appt the tech showed up for and did the job professionally. Only three stars due to the first appt being a disaster.
