I finally called the Columbia Mo airport enterprise location spoke Brennan Rushing he went above and beyond to help locate my keys. Stress relief, Employee like him needs a good raise he a value employee to your company and enterprise need more employees like him. I give him 5 stars and because of his service I won't rent with any other car rental company. Best service by far.. thank you!!

- BHBecky HauderNov 10, 20251.0We rented a car last night to drive from Columbia,MO back to Chicago — a six-hour drive in winter weather! The employee at the counter couldn’t find my reservation. I showed him my email and reference number and he finally found it. He also refused to honor my upgrade request, saying "my bosses won't let me” and said we couldn't rent because they needed to keep 20 cars “ready to rent." Not sure what he meant but I was renting a car? It was 8pm at night & he finally gave us a car, but it was a TINY economy model—not SAFE for 3 women driving in the middle of the night/early morning in snowy conditions. He did have other upgraded cars but refused to let me have the one. The tire pressure light was on before we left. The agent said he “checked everything," but when I stopped for gas, one tire was clearly low. The light stayed on all the way to Chicago. That's unacceptable when customers are traveling long distance in potentially dangerous weather. Enterprise should take this seriously — safety and honesty matter. I would appreciate a follow up from corporate regarding this experience.
