- WWWadeMay 27, 20251.0Run, made appointment was told a week away, dropped off night before, 24 hours and 5 calls unanswered finally not fixed, oh empty lot both nights, told him I need my truck. Put keys in it, he had gall to keep my keys 5 days not answering phone calls and finally said oh I kept so you can drop it off again the next Friday.... Nope already had fixed by time he decided to call me back. Bad business.

After I introduced myself to the woman that answered (by the of named Dana) she stated she was not interested in a loan (which I never brought up). When I stated I wasn’t soliciting for business - she asked what kind of vehicle I had and then hung up. Absolutely the worst example of professionalism on the phone I have ever experienced. If this is any indication of how this company conducts business - buyer beware.
