They had a "complication" with my regular lug nuts, saying they were locked, but they are not locking lug nuts. Afterward, not only did they not reset my tire sensor, but they also damaged my valve stem. I did go back for that because it was the next drive I had to check my tires, and found that. They did the valve stem for free, thankfully. But still, that should not have happened for just a nail in the tire. Just be careful and mindful, and do double checks.
