He chose the tires he wanted and they started to work on his truck. They first tell him the they cant do an alignment because his ball joints are messed up. Ok fair enough, that'll knock the price down some. Boy was we wrong. They then proceed to tell my husband they only have 3 tires of the ones he chose in stock and now would have to purchase more expensive ones. So the price got jacked back $1700. $100 more than what he would paid for the original tires and an alignment. He was there for nearly 4 hours. When he checked out, another person told him they had the original tires in stock, just not in the correct size. Some one lied to him so you guys wouldn't loose money from the alignment. They didn't offer him anything with all of these screw ups. Dobbs is bad business and a rip off.

Have had to bring cars back on three occasions to have something fixed that, according to the slogan, should have been done the first time. The free services were nice, but being so incompetent that you have to give thousands of dollars away because you can’t get it right the first time should be embarrassing.
