  Big store was actually really happy with what I found and left with only 1 item. Went on a weekday afternoon so very few customers, and don't get me wrong, the customer service was super helpful, but for such a huge store, it drives me crazy every corner of the store I'm walking around, feels like someone's stalking me and trying to sell me something. Other than that it was great! Thanks.

  EDIT! OVER A MONTH LATER AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US TO FIX OUR ISSUE. My boat still cant go in full throttle because where they installed the navigator. Metal shavings are still coming off the pontoon tearing my carper when the service tech guaranteed nothing was wrong and the shaving were from the factory. Im almost scared to even get in because im sure water is getting in there and eventually we will sink. They shouldve never let that boat off the lot without inspecting under neath! Ive contacted corporate, the store, no body is help. The store manager laughed when we talked to him again and basically called us liars about 50$ worth of gas being gone and about 10 hours more on my motor than I should've had. Like just don't do it! Stay far far away from any and all Bass Pro, especially Columbia. If you need a boat or service, DONT DO IT. Several people we dealt with were very rude. My fiance and I both applied for financing and were treated very differently. We took our boat for its break in oil change on a Wednesday, should've been ready Friday. Friday comes they were just getting to it. We didn't get it back til the following Wednesday. They also installed our navigator we bought from there, again DONT DO IT. They didn't ask where we wanted it and installed it in the worse place possible. I can't even go full throttle now. They had to drill a hole to install it so just to have it reinstalled some where else, another hole has to be drilled and I'll have an open hole. Automatic value decrease. When you call servicing for boats they NEVER answer. The store manager seems concerned at least. Not only that $50 to fill our boat back up after picking it up when it was on full when I dropped it off. Im pretty sure they hit something when they had our boat too because we never have. I will update my review IF my issues are address and or fixed.

  The atmosphere is great with fabulous taxidermy and displays. They sell good quality merchandise, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
