They are always willing to help and go the extra step. This morning I drove across town and paid over $52 for one windshield wiper and fluid at Autozone. The solo clerk, reeking of marijuana, told me he didn’t drive due to a medical condition, so he couldn’t recommend a windshield wiper fluid product. He also could not place the windshield wiper for me, as it was against policy for him to step outside the building. He did give me the option to wait for the delivery driver to come back-unknown ETA, and maybe he would help me. They lost my loyalty today.

Mikey was incredible and was super patient with me as I had no idea what was going on with my car and he was fending off all the spam calls the store kept getting. Considering most chain stores are run like you are a statistic, this is a refreshing change. Even better, I’ve seen everyone who comes through the door receive the same treatment, so it doesn’t matter who you are, you can count on this same great level of service.
