  Amazing customer service in a world it’s lacking in! Reese went above and beyond to help me get to work on time yesterday morning. He took out and attempted to charge my battery, which was no easy task, to get me by until my service appointment today. Even though he was unsuccessful in charging it he still made sure my car was started and on my way to work, still not late. I also wanted to note the care he took while working on my vehicle; he was very careful to not break or lose any parts that he needed to remove and then replaced all with the same care. It’s great piece of mind to know for a free service my vehicle was still treated as it was his own. Will definitely be my new go-to for quick automotive needs! Ps. Another employee assisted Reese during takeout and reinstallation; effortless teamwork is also lacking in this world so that was wonderful to see as well!
