  When I arrived was told it would be a 30 minute wait and waited over an hour. When I left my tires were actually worse than when I came in. I plan to return early in the week when I have much more than 30 minutes to wait.

  This location has been taking care of our cars for years. They have been there for us and treat us as family.

  Best shop I've been to it was over off Vandiver, they actually let me drop my car off in the morning while they gave me a ride. I'm dropped me off at work when I was off work. The car was done, and they actually came. And got me, I didn't know the shop's head shuttle services.That's awesome

  Update: April 7, 2026... I called Dobbs on March 31 and discussed a few options. They suggested that the part may be faulty and under warranty. The manager said he would call me back either later that day or the next (April 1... yes, I get the irony). It has now been a week and they have not contacted me. Much better experiences when it was Custom Complete. Booked an appointment online with exactly what I needed done, replace the clock spring. I had an airbag error and cruise control was not working; tell tale signs of a faulty clock spring. Dobbs had the car for two days, and finally said that they could not fix it, and that it would need to go to a dealer for service. Dobbs then proceeded to say that the service was almost $800. They wanted to charge almost $200 for a diagnostic fee when I told them exactly what work I wanted done; $600 would have been a reasonable price if the work was done correctly. So they had the car for 2 days; the airbag was repaired, but the cruise control was not, and they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. Since getting the car back the wipers now randomly turn on and none of the buttons that control the clock and car settings are working, so I will have to take it to another shop to fix what they did not fix. They did wave the diagnostic fee when I complained, but it is still $600 out of my pocket for a car in essentially the same condition as before they looked at it.

  They got us in quickly, had the tires in stock, and did the alignment at a reasonable rate. They were friendly and professional. So far the work seems excellent.
