- THTim HernFeb 9, 20261.0I ask if they had a rental car for 2 day. They said very quickly we do no have any. By the review I do not think they keep car here. The enterprise sigh is about 8"x2" I past it like 2 time. Don't try to rent a car here. Like she said in the office drive to the next town.

Went to pick up the vehicle on the 6th and they didn’t have the reservation “said their computers don’t communicate with one another” while we booked online. No one ever answers the phone. We rented the car for a procedure in the city that is essential. Unprofessional and lack of any accountability or empathy.
- LWLori WanerDec 7, 20205.0I drove to Clinton to Enterprise because the person working in the Warrensburg office was not very helpful and just didn't want to help us on any questions about renting a car. I called the Clinton store, spoke with Richard. Richard went out of his way to help me. He came out of the building (warrensburg person did not) and actually had a conversation with me. He bent over backwards to help me rent a car. Unfortunately, there were no available car types I was requesting, but he did help me transfer my reservation and call the folks at the Blue Springs Enterprise to help me. Richard is very nice, kind, soft spoken and patient. Would HIGHLY recommend driving the distance to work with Richard again!
