  i googled rentals in chillicothe mo, due to my pickup breaking down. i called the enterprise number provided, and spoke to a gentleman of middle eastern descent, who assured me twice in the 40 minutes i spoke to him that he was indeed representing the enterprise location on washington street. after providing my account information, it took him 3 attempts to finally extract $547 dollars from my account, which took place some time after our conversation. finally, he told me to just go to the location in chillicothe, and do the transaction over the counter. i arrived at the location, only one employee, who had never heard of me, and was totally unwilling to look into the situation. i rented elsewhere, got up the next morning and checked my account, and was surprised to see that my account has been debited for $547, which i assume, after multiple phone calls, that i will have never recoup. i did call the same number after i discovered this, spoke to the SAME GUY, he acted like he had never talked to me, and promptly hung up and blocked my number. thank you enterprise for a very expensive and disappointing experience.

  I wanted to get everything taken care of before the day I rented the car but the lady would not let me till the day of and I didn't get to go to my sister having brain surgery because I couldn't rent the car! If she would of done it sooner I would of found other options but instead I didn't get to go

  Made a reservation for a standard size vehicle for a two day trip. When I went to pickup the car supposedly all they had to rent out was a Mitsubishi mirage even though when the lady working grabbed the keys from the safe there were about 7 or 8 sets of keys, I ended up with a very small hatchback that I had to cram my family of four into for a 16 hour drive. Made it to our destination and dropped the car off at a different location. The employees at that location informed me that the account would need to be closed out by the location that the car was originally rented from. Called that location to see what the issue was two days later after the account still wasn't closed. The employee that I spoke to was no help whatsoever, and I could barely understand her English. She charged my credit card three separate times lowering my available credit. That employee has ruined our ability to make our trip home until they straighten out the refund. I will never rent from enterprise again, and I will be seeking a full refund for the incompetence and shady business practices. Update, I have now been double charged for the rental. The repeated unnecessary charges to my credit card in such a short amount of time has also dropped my credit score.

  Disappointed. I called because I had questions about a claim, and I was met with confrontation. The woman I spoke to kept talking over me, so I had to tell her to stop interrupting and let me talk. I also had to ask her to calm a couple of times so she could hear what i had to say and to help me figure out this situation. She was comfortable with arguing, so I know she has acted this way before. As I was trying to speak and explain further, she hung up on me. She knew I was a customer in need of help, yet she decided to be disrespectful, and now im furious. Its disappointing when the experience was great at first, but then to be treated disrespectfully in the end because I needed help is not okay. This location has failed to be professional and was uncooperative.

  We rented a car for more than a month and a half. It was so easy to renew every week without even having to go in. The people were kind and helpful. The car was super easy to clean and I was very excited to get my entire deposit back within 2 days of turning the car in. We are definitely fans and will be returning when needing a rental!
