- JSJohn SmithJun 5, 20251.0I paid for a year. We tried no less than 4 different stickers on my vehicle. They do not work. The manager, who was pleasant at first, eventually just told me to pound sand and live with it. This is a corporate matter … THE STICKERS DO NOT WORK. And … they try to be as obvious and high profile as they can be. I do not want a bright blue sticker in the middle of my windshield, right in front of my face, that says WATERWAY. I am not happy with the cheap, non-operational sticker system that they use.

The day it appeared on my credit card (while it was still a pending charge), I called the corporate number. The person who answered said that they required 3+ days' notice, that I was still going to be charged the full month, and, get this, they refused to refund the $75! I did not use any service for the mo th of May (easily verifiable), yet I am still being charged. As all of St. Louis knows it has been non-stop raining for almost the entire month as well as for the month of April. I am disabled, I'm on disability, and $75 is a lot of money these days. Way to go, Waterway, for abusing elderly and disabled people. You should be ashamed! "We do not give refunds." Really? No services were used!
- KSKim SandzaJun 13, 20195.0I’ve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DON’T want to do...cut them a little slack! 🙌🏼 PLUS...their Corporate Office is GREAT! They handled an issue I had w/my Circle Membership. It was MY issue, but they took care of me! TWICE! Thanks for all you do for me. Having been in the service industry extensively in the past; nit picky people make me CRAZY; as do the $1 tippers! I’m a fan! Keep it up! : )
- GMGary MuckSep 26, 20181.0Terrible attitude from inside cashier working 9/26 @ 1:20pm. Pump was out of paper so had to go inside for a receipt. No "sorry for the situation" or anything but attitude. Left a used crunched up paper towel on counter for the young lady to throw away and again more attitude. No thank you for your business on the way out, just attitude. Try Blue Iguana. Great attitude/customer service!!
