Was told the mechanism was to complicated (LEXUS RX 350) and troublesome to lower and inflate, plus there are items in the trunk. WHAT? Of course I was steamed so I showed him where it was and removed the items and pointed to the bolt that you turn to lower. Nope. Just walked away without saying a word. Needless to say he did nothing. No problem I will no longer take my 4 cars there EVER! Ridiculous & unacceptable!
