- NWNick WatsonNov 1, 20245.0Truck I rented was what I needed and did the job. When i called to reserve truck I told representative I needed a truck to pull camper on Sunday. This was Thursday. He said we'll we only work a couple hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday. If you want to pick up truck Friday I will start rental on Saturday and you can return Sunday and only charge you the one day plus tax and mileage. I thought that was great since I work near office. So I picked it up Friday drove it home and it Sat till Saturday morning when I needed it to go pick up camper. Sat morning drove basically right past office to get camper towed camper back passed and down to lake. I forgot to mention when I asked if I could return truck to another facility close to where taking camper he told me No I had to bring back there. I said ok since you are giving me the option to pick up Friday for trip Saturday. In short I returned truck Sunday as I should put keys in drop box because they were closed. Couple days later got a call trying to close out account. I thought nothing of it due to my deposit being the rental amount. Week later my credit card was charge double the amount we agreed on. In short very upset with this situation. This was refunded due to a mistake between employees.
