  Worst truck rental experience ever. RESERVED TRUCK NOT AT LOCATION. WHEN I GOT TO THE OTHER LOCATION TO PICK IT UP, IT WAS NOT ROAD WORTHY, UNSAFE TO DRIVE. REAR BUMPER BEING HELD ON BY A STRAP AND HAD A LEAKING REAR INNER WHEEL OIL SEAL ALL OVER BRAKES. D.O.T. WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY, PULLED THIS TRUCK OVER AND SHUT IT DOWN. Only other truck available was a smaller model which forced me to make two trips.

  Enterprise Truck Rental was the best place to rent a box truck. Their truck was nearly new and had the liftgate functionality that most others do not. Their online reservation function was easy to use and the truck was waiting in clean and ready condition upon my arrival. Carson was prompt to welcome me and overcome a couple of office glitches to get me acquainted with the vehicle and on my way. He and the gentleman who checked me in were very nice, professional, courteous, helpful, and examples of the Enterprise brand of being customer-focused. This has set Enterprise apart for the history of the business started by Jack Taylor on a small lot, and these guys delivered that service to make the rental so easy and effective. Always insist that you get this customer service attitude from Enterprise associates because it is the Taylor brand and what they are able to take pride in. Most, like these two did, will deliver that friendly and helpful customer service intuitively. Thanks Carson and company for this great Enterprise rental experience. My pickup and drop off was at the Chesterfield (The “Valley”) location, which included safe dedicated parking for my vehicle while using their truck.
