After getting the run around with other locations I was lucky to have gotten the chance to be assisted by Jake. He was courteous over and in person. He quickly swapped me out in another vehicle and was the most pleasurable person to have dealt during the entire ordeal. I wish I could have rated his service higher than 5 stars!!

They seem to change store managers about every 6-12 months but continuity has never been a problem. I recently rented from another location in town due to an insurance claim. Big mistake. From now on, all of my STL-based rental car needs will be satisfied at this location. Excellent customer service in a convenient location. Pretty much exactly what you're looking for when you rent a car.
