  Just left the Dobbs in Chesterfield,MO. I had a tire that was leaking. I brought it in yesterday knowing they probably couldn’t look at it till this morning. Dropped it off with a very nice man. I’m forgetting his name he had red hair, but he was super friendly. Anthony who I just picked the car up from was super nice also. They had to call me to find the tire locks. Basically wanted permission to dig in my glove box which was very nice. Ended up my tire was patchable, which was great news. Great customer service. Thanks

  I took my elderly parent vehicle in for a coolant issue with the check engine light on. They gave an estimate to have it fixed for $700. We took it to our regular Dobbs location and charge was only $395. I highly recommend not using this location. In addition, the front staff, including Robert was unprofessional (talking in back office about “the old guy” ).

  I had an appointment but when I got there they told because we had short on staff leave the car here we called when it got ready.
