I selected Car Craft auto body to do the repairs because they could deal with both the body work needed and the technical electronic issues without my having to separately take it to Tesla first and then to a body shop. I was surprised and impressed with not only the quality of the repair job but also the process: after dropping off my car, it was examined, diagnosed, disassembled, parts were ordered, then the car was repaired, tested and then returned to me looking new. Brent was my intake person: he was reassuring and exuded experience at what seemed overwhelming to me (how could driving through rain water cause so many problems?). Kim, the scheduler and front desk person kept me informed with each step of the process, so I always knew what was going on. All in all, I’m completely satisfied. Highly recommend this shop.

I have never been in as clean of a store front of a body shop as Car Craft. I love the fact that they kept me posted on the progress of my car through text messages, just to give me an idea how much longer I would need a rental car. That was very helpful to me. When I went to pick up my car it not only looked perfect, but they went the extra mile and washed and cleaned the inside and outside of the car before returning it to me. They are a pleasure to work with.
