I didn’t even shop here! My battery was dead and I came here to get a new one BUT my battery was under warranty. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Justin who asked how he could help, SUPER FRIENDLY! Justin did have to run a delivery and seamlessly Mario was there and picked up where Justin left off. Mario offered to test my battery and it tested bad. He could have sold me a $250 battery but his ethics and decency spoke and he jumped my car. Mario saw that my battery was still under warranty and requested that I call where I got the battery from first and if they weren’t going to honor the warranty then he would sell me a battery. These guys care here. It’s a business yes but they care could I afford the battery yes but getting it do under the warranty and saving that money is more important. They weren’t looking for a sale, they had one, but the ethics is more important. I did get a jump but I thought it important to write this review before I left the parking lot and now I’m off to get my battery. Thank you Justin and Mario!

I came to Autozone yesterday to have a fog light bulb replaced. Mario helped me and went above and beyond. He made sure everything was done correctly and it wasn’t an easy task. He never gave up. He was polite, professional and persistent with following through on the task. I very much appreciate his help!!! Thank you!!

I drove 30 miles out of my way to come to this specific location because of the reviews highlighting Mario! He did not disappoint. He checked my battery and when it failed he changed it within minutes! He gives amazing customer service! I’m not sure what AutoZone is paying him, but they should pay him more! Businesses need more people like Mario working for them.

Brad W. was very helpful when I needed to replace the wiper blade on my car. He showed me what choices would work for my car, quickly checked me out, and offered to put the new blade on for me. Top notch, excellent service.
