- CAColton AlbersFeb 4, 20265.0I have a GMC terrain which is a very difficult battery to replace. Ziad was very helpful, kind, and got my battery replaced despite the challenge of getting to the battery. I would highly recommend this store and Ziad!
- ACAndrew ChoateFeb 3, 20265.0I stopped by here right after the big snow/ice & below freezing temps. My battery was bad so I purchased a new one from Mario. The last 2 times that I went to other AZ's they would not put the battery in for me. I didn't expect it this time either but without even asking Mario grabbed his gloves and tools and & demanded that he change it for me. I told him not to worry about it but he demanded that he do it. I couldn't believe it & he did it in under 15 min. Last time it took me an hour myself. Great Job Mario! I didn't ask what your job title was there but I would hope that you are the boss man as you lead by example.

He genuinely cared about my vehicle and that I was getting the right parts for my vehicle. I live 30 minutes from the location and will travel out of my way for the way I am cared for at this store.

I didn't even know they did this kind of service but Isabel offered the service with absolute pleasure to help, even in this 19° weather. Also changed my windshield wipers so easily. They really know how to help people who have no idea what they are doing without making you feel stupid. Thankyou again, Isabel. Great great experience.

Mario was awesome and said "nope, It's not broke" came outside in 2° and put it back on for me!! I always come to autozone for my cqr needs, But I love how quick they are to help and go above and beyond!! Thank you again Marioooo!!!
