  The individual at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very courteous, but clearly there is need for additional support as this individual had four or five of us waiting to check in for appointments. It is your first impression to your customers. You may want to consider additional staffing.

  I had a safety and emissions test run. It was a quick and painless drop off and they were done the same day with an equally easy pick up. The workers were pleasant and the service was quick.

  I always receive excellent services at this location. The Manager and staff always demonstrate their competence to a very high level of professional ethics and code. They are friendly , fast and efficient. Dr. O.T.

  Went in thinking my car battery was dead. One of the employees came to me while I was in the waiting room and told me it wasn’t my battery, most likely just my key fob that was screwing up. I’m a young woman with no knowledge whatsoever about cars, they 100% could’ve lied to me and charged me for the battery, and I never would’ve known. Thank you for the kindness and honesty! Definitely recommend this location to women who are afraid of being scammed by mechanics- these guys are as honest as they come.

  Very poor service and neglect by staff. Waited in store for well over a hour for a tire rotation for which I had an appointment .. and my car had not moved from it's location. No comments about being behind, no apology or explanation when I approached the advisor. So I took my keys and left. This is now my third or fourth similar experience at Dobbs and will not be returning. I bought my tires from them and have a customer for years. Extremely disappointing.
