- KVKate VontzApr 8, 20265.0Today I got my emissions and safety test done and with the results I got this picture of my battery, clearly in awful shape. I drove over to AutoZone and asked them to replace my battery. Mario was so helpful and entertaining! My battery was extremely corroded, and Mario went the extra mile cleaning all the nooks and crannies even after the battery was removed. This is my second time using this AutoZone for assistance the first time was changing a taillight, and they are always eager to help me. Thanks Mario!
- MAMarikia AbbeyApr 4, 20265.0It was raining and one of my windshield wipers flew off on the highway. I needed to make it back to University City but knew I wouldn’t be able to see. I stopped at the nearest Auto Zone which happened to be in Chesterfield. I walked in and a man greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him I needed new windshield wipers but also wondered if they’d put them on. I have no idea how to change them. Without hesitation Mario said “Yes, I’ll do that for you!” He asked how many I needed I said I think just one. He had me show him my car and showed me that the other side was also broken! I had no idea! It’s refreshing knowing there’s people out here that still enjoy their job and are willing to go the extra mile for a customer! Mario has superior customer service! Greta experience! I appreciate him!!
