When we arrived the tech stated “we can make it look nice for a couple hundred or you can spend a lot of money to completely fix it” which was a huge red flag. So we decided to make a few calls to the dealership and insurance company. After stating to the man we were going to make some calls first he proceeded to say “oh what are you gonna call your daddy and make sure thats right”. Overall, people like this don’t deserve business. If you’re going to stereotype a female just because she’s young and you don’t think she knows better, then you’re a real piece of work. You lost our trust from the very beginning. We will be taking our money elsewhere to a professional service who believes in treating customers with respect and equality. Hope this review makes it up to higher management

Not only was this place easy, affordable, and stress free, but when I had a concern they explained the concern to me in a way that completely made sense and expanded my knowledge. The customer service here is great.
