No accountability, no solution, just took the money. This feels unprofessional and unfair. Be very careful before trusting this shop with your car.

Their second "diagnostic" test was a joke considering they never even pulled it into the garage from where the tow truck left it. What a joke, take your business somewhere else. I lost my job because of these clowns.
