Extremely Disappointed
Took in our push mower and pressure washer for service. We were told both had been serviced and were running properly. Picked them up, and the very next day the mower started surging. It took four separate trips back before they finally fixed the issue. That alone was frustrating enough.
Then, about a month later, we went to use the pressure washer—only to find it wouldn't start. The gas tank was empty, the air filter was filthy, and the oil was pitch black. We took it back and were told, “It ran when it left.” How exactly does a machine run with no gas?
After all the back-and-forth with the mower, the gas tank was full when we picked it up the fourth time so how was there no gas in the pressure washer after it was tested..
They claimed to have rebuilt the carburetor, flushed the fuel system, and test ran it until it ran out of gas—yet they never mentioned that checking or changing the oil or air filter wasn't included in the service. That's basic maintenance and should at least be communicated upfront.
When we bought our tractor we were their best friend and they seemed helpful and caring, but when we returned with small engine repairs that they didn't fix they couldn't push me out the door fast enough.
Bottom line: poor communication, poor service, and overall disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
