They told me yesterday they had the tire I needed (asked them twice) that I could come in today and get it put on. Got there 8am didn't have my tire (bait and switch?). I then called NTB they had my tire (a better tire and gave me a discount) today is a Saturday brought tire there dropped it off at around 930 am they called at 1145am my tire was done. I can't thank the staff at NTB enough for helping me out ! Excellent customer service and unbelievably fast for no appointment on an a Saturday !
