    Let me start off saying....this place was so clean. I was greeted immediately even though the guy was working on another ticket. I had an AWESOME and will be returning.

    I had been to multiple places for the same issue, before coming here, other places wanted to keep finding ways to charge me extra. The manager Kirk wanted the problem fixed more than the money... They worked together in the shop to find the root of the issue. They even gave me a ride to work. I am grateful that this will now be my go to place.

    I noticed a knocking sound coming from my right front tire area only when making a right turn . As an employee at a major car dealership I requested the service department do a diagnostic check / cost estimate. For payroll deduction. Results right front CV Axel . I decided to get a second opinion from a different auto repair shop . Deer diagnostic/estimate right front CV axle passenger side. At this point I now have two written diagnostic results both indicating right front CV Axel. Finally I visit car x bridgeton Missouri, because I discovered their snap financing program. Perfect for my budget . On the first visit I explained my situation. Service guy explained it was my front tire . Ok yes front was in bad shape . So he replaced the tires . After driving a few days still hearing that same knocking sound. I returned I met Kirk this time I explained what I knew from previous reports . Right front CV axle needs replaced. Afterwards Iwhile driving my car I noticed that same knocking sounds. I returned to Kirk , he started explain how it was my front left CV axle that was broken , and leaking fluids. Act this point I realize the scamm he was running " by repairing something that did not need replaced , just to recharge me to actually repair what should have been repaired in the first place "" Remember I have two separate diagnostic reports clearly indicating right front CV axle. There's nothing mentioned about a left CV axle. So to Kirk , Barry , Kevin , prepare yourself for a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the previous customers you have overcharged, cheated are caused psychological harm.
