Kirk, the manager, reported that the expected repair cost hinged on the availability of a part that was going to cost, let's say, more than expected! CarX made the effort to call the dealer who advised that the issue could be fixed for much less under their warranty. Kirk went the extra mile called back to let me know within an hour, potentially saving me thousands, and even offered to waive CarX's diagnostic fee for finding the problem, even though he'd be losing our business on the repair with the warranty issue. Huge thanks to Kirk for the awesome service today, not only for me but for all three customers I saw come through the shop in the short time I was waiting.
