    began by dropping my car off on 10/13 was told my car would be completed and ready for pick on 10/22 which then became 10/24 then 10/27 then 10/28 now on 10/29 get just a text saying they received the wrong part an should be done now on 10/31... each time I've needed any update, I've had to call or text them to get any information, not even to mention the fact the amount of personal time I've had to use to leave work because I'm told it "should" be done today, to get NO updates ALL day just to have to call/text them 15 minutes from closing because NO one updated me every time. I've also have had to use a rental this whole time that I'm having to pay out of pocket now because of all of the delays. and lack of updates. Update: picked up the car. they broke a pin on my airbag after they took it off my car even though it had nothing to with the theft attempt and wanted to charge me out of pocket $1300 . also didn't reinstall my back seat, replaced my windshield without my knowledge and disconnected my dash camera and didn't reinstall it. 2nd update: they didnt even vacuum the glass in my car, really appreciate the glass splinters now in my hand Jordan has been wonderful though

    My brand new car was totaled via their incompetence. Never in my life have I made a worse decision than to bring my car here. I tell everyone I can to avoid this place. They dissected the car unnecessarily and broke things in the process that couldn't be replaced easily. Rather than tell me about it and ask what to do, they went behind my back to my insurance company to total the car to cover for their mistake. To be clear, those working on the car fully admitted their mistake. So I wasn't upset with them. But when I tried talking to the manager, Jason, he was rude, disrespectful, and defensive. He refused to acknowledge what those actually involved in the repair had already told me on their own many times: that they had made a mistake. This is what upsets me. They seem to think that because they successfully lobbied my insurance company to total the car (against my will and without my knowledge or permission) that this somehow made things right. It did not. It was deceptive from the start, and when the manager refuses responsibility you know you're not dealing with an honest business. It is my belief that they have a relationship with some insurance companies that preys on unsuspecting customers in order to grab good cars and sell them for parts or on the used market. That's the only thing that makes sense after their actions. I've never been so disgusted by the actions of a business or its manager.

    Great business and Tony was amazing handling anything I needed. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice honest place to go.

    there not even getting a star they have had my daughters car for 3 months ,i will be calling the corp office tomorrow this is not right, n the only reason i had to give a star is because thts the only way u can post it
