  Everytime I go here without fail service is awful. I’m left waiting 10-15+ mins for someone to help me while the employees there are chatting it up with their friends. Today I watched 3 different people walk in and start talking to the employees while I waited to get help and they completely ignored me. I avoid this place as much as possible but sometimes I have to go. I highly recommend Handy’s automotive on dorsett and to stay away from this place.

  I went in here for a windshield wiper when it was sprinkling not storming and asked if the guy could put it on for me. I seriously thought he was joking when he said no because the store was empty. He said it's a tornado watch and it's gonna last for 2 hrs. So after paying basically $30 for a windshield wiper I had to attempt to put it on while getting wet just to go back in and ask the other guy if he would put it on. I wanted to go home. He comes outside looking at an uneventful sky with a face filled agitation hating that he is doing what I asked. I've never experienced this anywhere else. I've had women put these things on my car as we laugh and talk. These young "men" of today are becoming more and more emotional & seemingly worthless. As I'm sitting here writing this review the first young guy who told me no came out of the store with a man of his own race. I'm shocked & a bit hurt to be honest. I went back into the store were he'd just told me they couldn't come out for 2 hrs and said so it's safe now? His response was "apparently" as he's still standing helping his preferred customer. Apparently I'm the incorrect race for this location. I won't be returning and advise others of a darker complexion to avoid this place as well.

  Marvin & David provided really good customer service. They were able to get me in & out with my issue resolved. Very appreciative of them. Please go give them a visit!
