- MRMoni R6 days ago1.0!!! WARNING !!! Do NOT risk using this place! I took my car here for a "quick oil change" and came home the next day with oil spots all over my driveway that were NEVER present before the oil change! The manager Anthony apologized and promised to take care of us. Sent us to the Bridgeton store to have it looked at and instead when we got there they gave us a $1,200 quote to fix! How devastating the week of Christmas! You should never go pay for an oil change and leave with a $1,200 repair bill! The techs were violently shaking my car and radioing "cant get it loose" during the service. He over torqued the oil filter housing and cracked it causing the leak. After days and weeks of Anthony and District Mgr Bobby giving us the run around and stalling on our claim, we had to drive up there ourselves to even submit a claim to corporate even though we had been asking for over a week. It's like they just keep hoping I go away, but my oil leak isn't going away so I can't! Shame on owners TEAM CAR CARE EAST, LLC, Jiffy Lube, and the entire team for damaging my vehicle and NOT standing behind your crappy workmanship! They offer nothing, no discount, not even an apology or refund on my oil change! They hide behind their lies of "those things are known to go bad." They don't go bad instantaneously the day I get my oil change! I have my oil change receipt proving they marked "Oil Level Ok" when I arrived, not low from leaking. Never going again and you shouldn't risk it either, there is no accountability here!
