  I am a local in branson. I booked a car to take my family on a two day vacation. It was booked two days prior to needing the car. I filled out all of the pre-registry and just needed to pay upon pickup. When we got to the location. I arrived early, my pickup time was 8:30. At 9:00 I was informed that they did not have the car after seeing the vehicle in the parking lot. I was informed that they had called and left a voicemail the previous night at 5:17. I was then informed that they did not have a car and if I needed one today, which I did, I would need to look at going to Springfield or Ozark. He then informed us that we had just spoken to the reservation department and not the store so they can't fulfill the reservation that their company made. Branson Missouri is a tourist town there is no reason you should not have an abundance of vehicles. This is poor business practice, the attendant was rude and offered no solutions other than us going out of our way or postponing our vacation by a full day. Do not rent cars from them!

  We went today, 2nd of January at 1730 to pick up the car. The man we had, I think his name was Dalton, was very helpful and had a very pleasant voice. We did have to wait a bit for the car, however there were only two workers and many customers who were in the building and both workers did a great job at juggling taking customers and cleaning the cars. The car we got, a Nissan, was wonderfully cleaned. It did take a bit, because whoever had the car before us had semi-trashed the car, but we got it and it was back to being a comfortable car. It was a great experience and props to the workers for handling everything so smoothly! They also were very knowledgeable about any questions we had, like where to drop it off, and were very transparent about the costs. :)

  I rent a vehicle for my husband to get back home from our family trip due to he had to work I asked the young lady was it ok to drop it off at another location as we do not stay in Branson she said yes that was fine .... So I try to get my reservation extended til Wednesday someone answered the phone and left me on hold for 2 hours and when I try to call back still no answer so I called customer service just to find out it would be an additional 300 dollars to drop off at a location close to home mind y'all I stay 3 hours from Branson and now I have the flu so now I have to take this drive back down there sick and all cause someone didn't do the job correctly

  Angel was amazing to work with. The vehicle we needed wasn’t available, but she was able to quickly provide a solution. We were on our way with only a short delay.
