I reported the charge as fraud when I saw the transaction and had to close and replace my credit card, leaving me without a credit card on an out of state road trip. I also filed a police report, resulting in multiple phone calls and wasted time. Not happy with Pilot Flying J.

So to be respectful to everyone else I sat my shower bag down by the back entrance and went to wendys and got my food. Came back into the travel store area to get a coffee to go as well then I heard the manager or whoever he was ask a customer was that his shower bag and they said no. I spoke up and said it's mine and explained why I sat it there amd he said to me u could have left a bomb or anything there that would hurt us. I said ur ridiculous. He said next time that I did that it would be throwed out the door. I tried to talk to the dude and he spoke up amd I said I don't wanna argue. I said well u should have never started threaten me about my shower bag. So I have made up my mind the guy is a dam jerk and lazy the way he acted and I will be contacting his district manager and the corporation main office in knoxville as well no way to treat a customer that spends it of money on diesel fuel at the pilot
