- CCCyrenaApr 7, 20261.0I came in wanting to get my rotors ground down after replacing my rear brakes for the first time by myself. My Volkswagen is not an overly expensive car, yes it's a Volkswagen, but it's not a damn Ferrari. It's older and has over 450,000 miles on it. They informed me that all of my rotors and brakes need to be replaced because of grooves and wear and tear. I was not happy but I agreed, I'm new to working on my own car, these mechanics should know more than me and I should be able to trust my local mechanic shops. I've been forced to do my own work after 2 elderly people hit me in December and I got no help from ANY insurance company because of how many miles are on my car. I asked the mechanic to save my rotors back so I wouldn't make the same mistakes again. When I went to pick up my car they did not show me my rotors, they did not take a look at my parking brake or give me any advice on it. They didn't have to, but I asked them, and they agreed. That's what matters. I believe this establishment to be not of moral standing and a backhanded mechanic shop as they did not keep their word on showing me the rotors, and as such, I believe they extorted me. 1200 is a ridiculous price to pay for 4 rotors and 4 new brake pads and labor. Do better.

I paid 150 for an alignment that just made my vehicle twice as bad. This place has really gone downhill sad to see
