- AAAaron6 days ago1.0I’ve rented from here multiple times and I can honestly I will never do business with this place again. I’ll start with the good. The employees who work this location are awesome but this company is trash. I’ve made reservations a month in advance and EVERY TIME, they always say they don’t have the vehicle I reserved. Literally every single time. On top of that, their rates online are very misleading, I understand they ask for a $300 deposit but each time I’ve rented, the math doesn’t add up. Each time I’ve rented I’ve always checked in and confirmed the vehicle 24 hours in advance to make sure all is well and they assure me each time they’ll have the vehicle but when I show up to pick it up, they never do. I have a solution. Don’t allow customers to reserve vehicles when you don’t have the vehicles to fulfill the order.

Both were very friendly and accommodating. The vehicle ran good with no issues.

He genuinely cares about people and is passionate about what he does. After one of the worst days of my life he made me laugh and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He ensured that the vehicle met my preferences and that it was safe for me to drive! I am so grateful and appreciative for such kindhearted customer service.
