Worst experience I’ve had. Called to try and schedule an appointment because my check engine light was on and dealt with the most hateful and pathetic service employee. Had an attitude the whole time and was extremely unhelpful. He told me to drive it 3 hours back to the dealership I bought it from and have them fix it. It was my first time at this dealership, so i am very disappointed.

I was having trouble with my Blazer EV that's still under warranty. I scheduled an appointment (Sunday morning) for 1PM Tuesday afternoon through the My Chevy app. I showed up 15 minutes early and the service writer informed me his one and only EV tech was leaving in a few minutes and he couldn't get to it. I asked what could be done and he said without leaving the car there for several says there was nothing he could do. I asked if they had a loaner and he said he was out of loaners (of note, when I had warranty work done there about 15 years ago they set me up with a rental). Since I didn't have any other ride options I had to leave.
I'm confussd as to why there is an option to schedule service appointments through the My Chevy app if they are going to be invalid/ignored? Surely if they saw the appointment in their system and there was a scheduling conflict they would have called me? Also, why isn't a rental car an option when you're out of loaners?

From the moment I pulled in, the service advisors were friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. They kept me updated throughout the time and were super transparent about what was being done and why. No unnecessary upselling, just honest recommendations.
The work was done quickly and the waiting area was comfortable with amenities. The pricing was fair and exactly what was quoted—no surprises on the bill.
