I was already very upset after being involved in a hit-and-run, but the team here made the entire situation so much better. They repaired my car quickly—faster than the expected completion date shown in the app—and it looks fantastic. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Their efficiency and quality work made a world of difference. 10/10 would highly recommend!
- SCStefanie CornwallSep 3, 20251.0So far the repair process has been awful. They update every 5-6 days with the same bs that never actually takes place. At one point in the same day they updated saying our car would be ready in a few days then a couple hours later called to say the car was dead and had been since the previous day and they were trying to figure out why. The ultimate end date was supposed to be about 3 weeks from the accident, but another up date revealed they don't even have the glass for it yet. Every update has been deceptive. They have not met a single deadline. I would have preferred honesty even with the problems they've had. We're only using them because they are the "trusted" partner of our insurance company. Looks like I'll need new insurance when this is over as well.
