    Cole, Abby and the team were very friendly and helpful in acquiring a car for a week on short notice. They are very honest and trustworthy since they found snd returned some documents I left behind. Most appreciated and grateful. Thank you

    I am disabled and reserved a luxury class Sedan several days prior to my scheduled pick up date. When I arrived at the branch all they had for me was an SUV that had not been washed. lI didn’t have time to try and find something else because I had an appointment to get to. It was a 4-hour drive to get to my appointment and I had to stop just to clean the windshield. Turned out the windshield wipers were in dire need of replacement. When I returned the rental I was greeted with a smile by Cole, the assistant branch manager. He asked if everything went well with the rental. I explained that aside from difficulties getting in and out along with the wipers not working it was fine, just not the luxury I reserved. Cole was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. didn’t expect him to do anything and I certainly wasn’t asking for anything but this man went above and beyond to make it right. That type of customer service is worth a million bucks as far as I’m concerned. Cole was professional, kind, very understanding, and took initiative to correct a wrong. He’s a true asset to this branch.

    The only thing that keeps the rental from being 5 stars was dirty windows on the vehicle. Very pleased with the overall rental

    My rental was due to my personal vehicle being repaired. I was not at fault in an accident, and the insured driver at faults insurance company was providing a rental. My personal vehicle being repaired is a Chevy Tahoe full size SUV. When I got my rental it was a mini 3 cylinder car that reeked of what smelled marijuana smoke. I also did my feel safe in the vehicle as it had no power and other drivers were aggressively passing me. I did not feel that this vehicle was equivalent to my vehicle being repaired. I should be entitled to an equivalent rental. At the least, one that is safe and doesn’t smell bad. The very next day I took the rental back to Enterprise and asked for a different car. The person at the desk informed me that the insurance company is only covering $27 a day for a rental and that this is the car I get for that. While at the rental office, I called the insurance company covering my car rental and complained. They informed me that I was approved for an intermediate car, not a sub-compact and that it was not correct the car I received. The insurance informed me that the cost was the same $27 for the bigger car. While I was having this conversation on the phone with the insurance company, the manager of the Enterprise rental I was at overheard my conversation and informed me that he would make it right and just give me a different car. I was then given a compact Mazda CX-30 car as a rental, which I accepted, even though I still felt like I was not being taken care of.

    It was great from beginning to end. They did not have a vehicle Progressive wanted them to give me so they upgraded. Can you believe that? Plus at some point they ask me to come in and they’d check tires. Boy they sure try to keep you as safe as possible. It definitely needed a bath since a spotted shower came and speckled the car. But they said no worries. Thx to everyone at Enterprise in Blue Springs. If ever I needed to rent a vehicle, I’d go there.
