When I arrived at the branch all they had for me was an SUV that had not been washed. lI didn’t have time to try and find something else because I had an appointment to get to. It was a 4-hour drive to get to my appointment and I had to stop just to clean the windshield. Turned out the windshield wipers were in dire need of replacement. When I returned the rental I was greeted with a smile by Cole, the assistant branch manager. He asked if everything went well with the rental. I explained that aside from difficulties getting in and out along with the wipers not working it was fine, just not the luxury I reserved. Cole was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. didn’t expect him to do anything and I certainly wasn’t asking for anything but this man went above and beyond to make it right. That type of customer service is worth a million bucks as far as I’m concerned. Cole was professional, kind, very understanding, and took initiative to correct a wrong. He’s a true asset to this branch.
