- DSDerek SailorSep 16, 20251.0I went in to ask why the pump price wasn't correct and I had to wait for the workers to finish the conversation amongst themselves before I was acknowledged. When it was finally my turn to speak the worker said hatefully "what do you want". Overall it was a terrible experience. I would not return here. But I am reporting the fraud of the false advertising. Because it is against the law to falsely advertise a price to draw customers in. I reported the false advertising to the corporation and they claim that the price on the sign can be correct if you use a nitro card. This is not explained anywhere and the employees were not aware of this so I believe that to be false information as well. The company is aware that they are falsely advertising to mislead customers. After reaching out to the company I was transfered to the company Maverick that owns this Kum and Go. They refused to give a statement on the knowledge of their false advertising and continued to hang up on me. I reported the fraud to the BBB and government fraud website and I would encourage others to do the same.
