The pick up and drop off shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus, and a very thoughtful gesture for customers. Overall it was a smooth process and took away all the stress, worries and concerns that comes with traveling in a city that you're new to or visit frequently. If ever needed, I look forward to visiting this particular establishment again.

I just wish they advertised more clearly at the airport, over text, and by email that you *don’t* need to pay for an Uber from the airport since they have a free shuttle. **USE THE SHUTTLE! It’s free!** I also thought the car would be waiting for us at the airport, not that we’d need to go pick it up, so clarifying that ahead of time would be really helpful too.

Her leadership and warm, approachable manner created an uplifting atmosphere that made the entire environment feel welcoming and well-organized. Lastly, the **lady working outside near the exit** was wonderful cheerful, attentive, and kindhearted. Her friendly presence added the perfect finishing touch to an already great experience. All three individuals demonstrated the kind of excellence, teamwork, and compassion that we need more of in today’s world. Their positive energy and dedication left a lasting impression and truly brightened my day.
