Not pleased at all will be choosing another rental company when I fly into STL for work.

- GBGary BrayFeb 8, 20265.0Our recent rental at St. Louis Airport was a great experience. The shuttles to and from the airport and both drivers were very helpful with our luggage and friendly. The desk person upgraded us to a VW Atlas SUV with only about 5,500 miles when our SUV vehicle with AWD was not available. That VW Atlas was very comfortable and easy to drive. The check in person on the return was also very friendly and helpful to get us checked in and on our way. We will be renting from Enterprise only in the near future!
