Great, except the have no local phone. You can't call them??? I had to beg to get one of the employees to give me his personal cell number. Other than that the car I rented had problems with my size 14 shoes.

Enterprise car rental @ 9636 Natural Bridge Road exceeded my expectations from pick-up to drop off! It was cold in St Louis on my visit, the shuttle bus took about 7 minutes but it was nice and warm with pleasant music playing. After arriving to pick up the car, the other customers and I were greeted and directed immediately to waiting agents. I was third and within a minute Tyler B. was there asking how he could assist me. We completed the necessary documents while having a friendly conversation and I was out to the car in about 10 minutes. The friendly vehicle check out person (lady) verified my info and I was gone. This was a day trip for me and when I returned the car, JoJo guided me in, was very friendly and asked about any concerns and even got the keyfob from me before I walked off with it.

While we have always received excellent service, Enterprise does need to do a better job of informing customers how much they need for a deposit for rentals. The reservation team says $200 and the airport crew says $400. That info is needed for proper planning.

We had a very poor experience with another location last Thursday while picking up a car before going out of town the next morning. We ended up having to go an hour out our way to get over to this location to get a car. Caden was incredible. Every person we came in contact with was so kind and did everything they could to give us a good experience. Thank you for your all of your help! I would highly recommend this location.

After a horrendous expierence at Avis, Enterprise stepped in to save the day. I’m not a licensed driver due to medical conditions but I was the paying party for a needed rental. While Avis wouldn’t accommodate our rental needs Enterprise swiftly did. A simple surrogate form and we were well on our way. Our reserved car was out of stock and we were presented with a generous upgrade. Truly kind and caring staff. A seamless process start to finish.
